By registering to attend a Visit USA Australia event, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Acceptance of these conditions also confirms acceptance of our Code of Conduct, available on our Corporate Governance page.
Visit USA Australia events are non-political, commercial industry events, created to support professional knowledge-sharing, education, and business development across the tourism sector.
Eligibility & Registration
- Attendance is strictly for active-selling professionals currently employed in the travel industry.
- Registrations must include a valid work email address linked to your travel agency, wholesale business, tourism organisation, or related travel industry employer.
- Registrations submitted with personal email accounts (e.g. Gmail, Hotmail, Outlook) may be cancelled.
- Each attendee must register individually and agree to the Terms & Conditions before entry.
Code of Conduct
- Visit USA Australia promotes a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all attendees, exhibitors, and event staff.
- By registering, you agree to adhere to our Code of Conduct, which outlines expected behaviour and responsibilities at our events.
- Our events are professional trade gatherings, and all attendees are expected to refrain from political discussions, commentary, or behaviours that may disrupt the event environment.
- All attendees must follow:
- venue rules and regulations

- responsible service of alcohol policies
- reasonable requests from Visit USA Australia staff, venue personnel, and security
Prize Eligibility
- To be eligible for any prize draw, you must be:

- currently working in a role that directly sells the USA, and
- an active seller of the USA market (retail, trade, product, ticketing, OTA, etc.)
- Winners must be present when the prize is drawn.
- If the winner is not present, the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be drawn.
- All prizes are subject to the individual terms and conditions set by the prize supplier.
- Visit USA Australia is not responsible for supplier conditions, availability, travel validity, blackout dates, or fulfilment.
Event Experience
- Food and beverages are provided at each event.
- We will do our best to accommodate dietary needs; however, menu options are limited to vegetarian and gluten-free items.
- Due to volume and venue constraints, other dietary requirements may not be catered for.
- All events are hosted in licensed venues and are governed by Australia’s Responsible Service of Alcohol
- We encourage all guests to enjoy the event responsibly.
Fees & Access
- Visit USA Australia events are free to attend for registered travel industry professionals.
- Visit USA Australia reserves the right to:
- refuse entry,
- cancel registrations, or
- remove individuals from the event
who do not comply with these Terms & Conditions or our Code of Conduct.
Photography & Media
Photography, video, or digital content captured at the event may be used by Visit USA Australia for promotional purposes. Please advise our team if you do not wish to be photographed.
Privacy
By registering, you consent to your professional contact details being shared with exhibitors for legitimate business follow-up activity related to the event. Data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
