Travel Portland Crowns Australia’s Pinball Champions

If you heard bells ringing, lights flashing, and the unmistakable ding-ding of high scores being smashed at the Visit USA Expos, chances are you were near the Travel Portland booth!

Rebecca George and Heather Anderson brought big Portland energy to Sydney, Brisbane, and Melbourne last month — turning heads (and flippers) with classic arcade pinball machines.

Why pinball? Because in Portland, fun is serious business — and the city’s vintage arcade scene is just one of many reasons your clients will fall in love with this creative and adventurous destination.

While we shared why Portland is a must-stop in the Pacific Northwest (tax-free shopping, legendary culinary scene, and world-class coffee are just the start), the real action was on the scoreboard. With amazing prizes from Portland Gear up for grabs, the competition got fierce. Bragging rights were on the line, and we’re proud to announce our Travel Portland Pinball Champs across the country:
