Time:  4pm to 7pm

Visit USA’s hotly anticipated annual Expo has transformed into a hybrid event in 2021 with travel agents able to attend in person or join a live stream to engage with over 20 US exhibitors attending either in person or virtually.

The hybrid event will be held in Sydney on a date to be advised shortly and will also be available via live stream to travel agents across Australia.

With more than 20 exhibitors lined up for the Visit USA Hybrid Expo, including our event sponsors Los Angeles Tourism & Convention Board and LAX Airport, Disney Destinations, Utah Office of Tourism, Travel Texas, Rocky Mountaineer and NYC & Company the event will be an action-packed and informative evening.


The COVID-Safe event will have strictly limited numbers – travel agents are invited to register their interest to attend the event in person via the link below. A confirmation of attendance will be provided by Friday 6 August, 2021.  The evening will be a round table format with Visit USA members rotating through the tables to engage with agents as well as presenting short ‘TED Talk’ style presentations throughout the evening. The event will comply with all COVID-19 restrictions and health & safety guidelines.

Terms and Conditions


By registering for a Visit USA Australia event you are agreeing to the terms and conditions as set below.

  • All guests must be currently employed in the travel industry.
  • For any registered guest that does not cancel their attendance to the event 48 hours prior, you will be charged a $50 no show fee.
  • To be eligible to win a prize, you must be in a selling position and an active seller of the USA.
  • For all prizes the guest must present at the time to collect the prize. If the guest has left the event, the prize will be forfeited.
  • The prize winner must follow the terms and conditions of prize as set by the supplier (the company that has provided the prize)
  • Food and beverages will be served at each event. We will do our best to accommodate everyone. Dietary requirement options are limited to vegetarian and gluten free.
  • Dietary requirements outside this scope cannot be accommodated due to the large numbers we cater for. Every venue that hosts a Visit USA Australia function is governed by the responsible service of alcohol.
  • We ask that all guests act responsibly and show respect for the exhibitors at the event and the venue where the event is hosted. These events will remain free of charge to attend.
